I wasn't feeling well and my local physician was booked and unable to schedule an appt for me to come in. So I decided to try Galileo, I wasn't sure what to expect being a first-time user, but it was easy and quite quick. I filled out the appropriate forms, provided some details of my symptoms and submitted my info. Within about 20 mins, a doctor had reviewed my case file and contacted me via video chat. I was feeling like garbage, so being able to 'see' the doctor, discuss my health concerns and get diagnosed from the comfort of my own home was wonderful. On top of that, the whole process was super easy! Galileo is conveniently available 24/7 and best of all, it didn't cost me anything additional :). Win-win! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is b/c my medical concern was fairly minor; I am not sure how a conference call medical appt would work for a more severe health concern. Otherwise, this experience was really great!

The staff the doctors everybody were so nice, helpful and really put me at ease that they were going to help me feel better

All my needs were addressed. I had a 20 min appointment actually talking with a dr not just waiting in a room for a a 2 minute visit like I am used to. It was a good experience and his I N going to do my primary care from now on .

Easy Access. Prompt and professional care.

Took 16 hours to respond to my initial question about needing sleep medication for a flight. They can't prescribe medication virtually. Not sure what their purpose is???

I used the Galileo app and I was connected with a medical professional almost immediately. She diagnosed me with bronchitis and prescribed some meds that I was able to pick up same day.
