Dealt with both of the cofounders. Besides lacking people skills, management does not apologize for messing up and doesn't fix their mistakes. Claiming to be in the business of bringing happiness to people is just a tagline for them. Don't spend your money on this company. There are plenty of other options including fan pages, celebrity websites, eBay, in addition to other similar venues.
