I ordered the wrong size and sent and email including my order number and the size I wanted and they immediately fixed it. Quick, and kind customer service!

I ordered shoes online, received them in around a week. I'm from France and the delivery had no problems whatsoever. I was a bit skeptical at first but the order went through and the shoes look great. I've worn them only a day but they seem to be of good quality.

I appreciate customer service alot as they mid-way changed the size of my shoes. I wrongly ordered a EU44 and then ask then to change it to EU45 and they did!! Perfect support as needed.

I've ordered several things from Galartsy, and I'm delighted with it all. The quality is very good. The only thing I've found is the sizing. I bought a beautiful shirt size xxL but it's more like a 14/16 and they don't do any bigger. I'll still keep it though it's gorgeous.
