Received my Galartsy package. Pleased with the watch , although the battery was already running which probably means it won't last very long! Ordered a size XXL t shirt , it's tiny! I've given to a friend who is a size 12 and it's about the right size. It's not XXL although the label states that! Sort your sizes out Galartsy!

I love my watch! Initially when it came I thought it wasn’t working, but then I reached out to the customer service team and they asked me how to activate it. It was super smooth and the team members were friendly. Definitely buying from them again!

AMAZING — To be honest I was a little stressed it was a scam due to being on insta and having bad experiences with other companies. when I ordered I didn’t receive a tracking number due to my error. I was stressed and so I reached out asking if they could provide me with one and what happened with the order. That was on a Sunday. And they responded ON SUNDAY and let me know what happened and immediately got me my tracking number. Genuine customer service. Can’t wait for what looks to be an amazing product!

We had some delivery problem on the custom part in Turkey about country's policies and my package got back to home country it took 2 months cause it is so far but everyday the team was searching for package info and suggest many solutions to me. After they send back to Turkey for the second time they also did add a petit gift for me as an excuse even it was not their fault. I find a way to get package by going to customs instead of waiting at home so mu husband liked her Starry Night shoes very much as he said it is more comfortable than any brand shoes he has till now.

Galartsy went above and beyond to meet my expectation. They accepted my request to replace the sneakers I order and sent other very fast even though they didn’t have to do it before they get old one. They impressed me with they approach and the way they showed me trust and get mine. With their gesture they bought me as customer from now on. Galartsy team, thank you! Ivana

The size I ordered ran a but large, so I did a swap, and sent them back. The Galartsy team was so attentive and communicative throughout my process, and the shoes that I got sent in the end fit perfectly, and are excellent in quality. The design is intricately woven onto the shoes, and the laces are really good at staying tied together. I didn’t have to retie them at all throughout the day. All in all, would really recommend this brand !

Galartsy is a fantastic company! They make great products at an affordable price and are just top-notch all around. I had a few issues with the post office and Scott from customer service was with me every step of the way. He was friendly, responsive, and communicated extremely effectively. I was elated when I got my Van Gogh "Starry Night" sneakers, I'm currently waiting for my Hokusai "Great Wave" sneakers and absolutely will buy from Galartsy again!
