The first time I order through Galartsy went very well. I feel like a Cinderella with my Van Gogh snickers and so stilish and cool with my Creation of Adam's watch. The second time was a bit desappointing at first, but then I claim a missing item and the attendant service was really helpful and understanding, resolving the problem right away which make me keep trusting on the brand.

I ordered the Renaissance bag. When it arrived, it looked a lot cheaper than it had in the pictures but I expected that I suppose. What I didn't expect, was the complete ghosting that has happened since I contacted Galartsy on Facebook via messenger. The nose on the angel was broken and you could see the white contrast against the gold really clearly. I've opened a case on Facebook and since escalated this. I'm awaiting a refund from Paypal. Thank God I paid via Paypal. IN MY OPINION YOU SHOULD NOT TRUST THIS CHINESE COMPANY Ok so here i am adding more information. If they can't reply to Facebook messages they shouldn't offer this as an option

I bought the Van Gogh sneakers. I had to wait 5 days until the package arrived, but it worth the cost. The quality is great, and I used the code 20off that a friend gave me so the price was fairly cheap. I DO recommend this website, just have patience until your order arrives.

I ordered the Van Gogh Greatest Hits bracelet. Unfortunately when it arrived it was much too large for my wrist and the metal had a small crack in it. I contacted customer service. The rep was very helpful and resolved the matter by offering me a refund or a replacement product.
