I had to wait about two months to receive my order, almost without any contact. The shoes are okay, and kind of cheap-looking, like expected.

Bad quality - shoes do not look like the photos on the website - stay away! I purchased a pair of Van Gogh 'Starry Night' sneakers. Was excited about these, but very disappointed when they arrived as they do NOT look like the photos advertised on the website. In the website photos, the shoes have vibrant blues, greens, yellow, etc - sharp and differentiated colors. The actual colors on the shoes are so faded that one can barely make out that there are different blues... everything just looks grey-ish (even the black). It would be impossible to tell that these were supposed to represent 'Starry Night' given how grey.

Fast shopping and the shoes are wonderful, but the customer service are awful: they haven't return warehose on Europe and you must pay a lot of Money if you need to replace goods.

Can’t evaluate the product because I have not received it. Shipping time is ridiculous.

I ordered 2 items and only got one

I bought a pair of Galartsy shoes which were a size UK 5 they have been super. However, less than a month ago I ordered the Van Gogh starry night runners in a size English UK 5. When they arrived they were not the correct size. I checked box and they sent me US size 5 = >EU35 or UK size 2.5. I contacted them immediately asking for them to exchange for correct size =>EU 38,UK 5. I got one reply saying no exchange accepted so I am not happy all. No issue last time, bloody disaster this time. No further acknowledgement received from my reply at all = so lousy service so far. Really disappointed as runners are lovely but no use to me at all.

I ordered 2 sneakers, I asked for them to cancel one of them because I ordered the wrong number, they canceled but never gave my money back... almost 2 months later, 2 social media spams with hundreds of messages, and about 20 emails, I finally found Jessica, the only competent employee on this company, that resolve my problem in 5 days. The sneakers are beautiful, I'm not sure about the quality yet, but let's see. The costumer support is TERRIBLE!
