sneakers are great, delivery process was uncomplicated

I have ordered one pair of shoes, a sweater and a jacket. Didn't expect my items will be separated into 2 shipments, but the customer representative was being helpful and also provided prompt answer for my questions, my 2nd order (sweater) has arrived safe 😀 I love the color of my Starry shoes, they are perfect!

The team was very helpful and friendly, they made the process of my return very easy and we're constantly communicating any updates. I already made another order and I'm so excited for it to arrive. Great experience and amazing products!

Shoes were expensive but good quality.

Proceeding my refund was horrible. There are no hotline/customer service numbers you can call as well as no contact formulars to start with the refund. The Process via Email lasted about 6 weeks. I eventually received the correct amount I payed before to my provat bank account, but would never buy a Galartsy's product again.

I was really looking forward for the shoes but unfortunately it doesn’t have a good quality and the size is not designed for women, cause it’s not fit and I have lots of space on top of my feet and fingers. And about the earrings, it’s not what I expected but it’s not bad.

I had a problem with my shipment due to loosing order track number and I consulted Galartsy Customer Service via email. I'm happy to say that they were truly fast and helpful and now I am waiting for my order to come. Thank you Mr. Scott from customer service!
