The Sunflowers Canvas Boots I bought are absolutely gorgeous, and I'm very happy with my purchase. Unfortunately I do have to advise to potential buyers that these are not high quality boots made for wear and tear; their prime purpose is to look pretty. I've worn mine for around a week in paved urban areas only, and the soles are already fraying and peeling. Luckily I wasn't looking for boots that will last me a long time--I was looking for pretty boots, and I got what I ordered. Every time I look at them, they make me smile.

Wanted to return a cardigan I no longer wanted as so similar to one previously purchased. Despite having an address in London was told need to return to China which will no doubt cost a fortune. Had been satisfied with several items purchased previously but let down by this as obviously trying to avoid returns and refunds. Have also had to chase an item ordered before items already received. Will be end of doing business with this company for me.

Ordered a large shirt and that’s what arrived. It’s exactly what I was hoping for. Customer service was quick to respond to questions.

I ordered some shoes 6 weeks ago, they didn't ship it until i send them an email 3 weeks later. Then they shipped it from china a week later (you can follow with a tracking) and it assumably would arrived yesterday, but I didn't receive anything. So, I send them another email saying it didn't arrive here. Their response was that it did arrrive and that's that. I didn't get my shoes and i lost my money.

Almost perfect experience, I purchase a pair of sneakers and a hoodie but they came in separated shipments and hoodie arrived late for Christmas, It just arrived and it's really meets my expectations.

Good quality and great service

Be careful buying!! I bought these in the size I always buy in all shoes, and based my size off of my foot measurement as suggested, THEY DO NOT FIT TRUE TO SIZE. Having literally measured my foot length,it is smaller than the the size guide and should fit,however the shoes come up very tight. Galartsy potentially need to rethink their size guide as this is clearly misleading. Not only that, please be aware you CANNOT RETURN THESE. this is not mentioned anywhere on the buying page, even stating that returns are "easy" - untrue. These are a "custom" product and they will refuse, again the word custom is mentioned nowhere on the product page,only once you delve into the details of the returns policy do you find this out. A real shame as this feels like a ploy to not have to help you/replace your item should there be an issue,and the shoes are otherwise just as they look in the pictures. Incredibly disappointed by the whole experience
