I was searching for the best price for D7100 with the 18-140 lens combo on the web and found this place. The price was too good to be true so I had some doubts, I sent 3 different emails about what came with the pkg, warranty, is it hew,etc? And each time "Todd" answered my inquiries within a few hours " Great Customer Svc"!!! Read good reviews so I went for it. Got the pkg within a few days, and everything was Exactly as described!!! I took it out for several test shots, tried on all settings both camera and lens work flawlessly!!! Very, very happy with this purchase because I saved a good $300 for this pkg. compare to those other sites!!! Will used that saving toward my purchase for the Nikon 70-200 lens. So glad I purchase from here and will Definately be making this store as my go to place!!! Thx. again, Todd!!!!

Wanted to buy Tamron 150-600mm lens with Nikon mount. I was willing to pay the [gulp] $400 extra Gadget Circuit was charging for the product because they had one in stock. Other outlets had a lengthy wait list. But when the product arrived I found out it was a grey market lens. The included warranty is only good in Japan. All the included product literature is in Japanese. There was nothing on the Garden Circuit web site to indicate the lens was not a Tamron-USA lens. Had I been forewarned I could have made an informed purchase decision. But to learn only after the fact that I was paying way over-market price for a gray-market product is deceptive and unacceptable. ----- Amended Report after Customer Service Adjustment ----- Was contacted by Mike from Gadget Circuit. He was very courteous and said he wanted to help me resolve the issues I had with my purchase. He said that Gadget Circuit was not an authorized Tamron dealer but that he had two possible remedies he could offer: [1] I could return the lens for a refund or [2] he could issue me a 3-year CPS [Consumer Priority Service] warranty. I chose option [2]. This was the best choice in my case because I have the lens for my upcoming trip -- returning the lens and buying elsewhere would not provide the lens in time -- and I have it covered by at least some type of warranty. It is not as good as the Tamron-USA warranty [which is 6-years] and I still wish the Gadget Circuit web site had warned me, and other consumers too, that they weren't selling a Tamron-USA product. Still, I give the company kudos for promptly and courteously handling a customer complaint, satisfying the problem within the realm of their options. Thank you, Mike.

Fast shipping, product was new in box, exactly as advertised.

I don't think an $800 lens should be shipped with any freedom of movement within the package. The lens was rolling around inside the box when I got it and I am thinking about returning it for that reason. If I do, it will be properly enveloped in packing materials and be immobilized within the box!

I was searching for a Nikon camera lens, which seemed to MSRP for around $500, to give to my partner as a gift. Online searching led me to finding Gadget Circuit online, along with one other site, selling the ideal lens (18-105mm) for almost half that price. Being a cynical skeptic, I spent HOURS reading user reviews and BBB information about several of these online retailers. The retailer with the cheapest lens, though, had a TON of negative reviews regarding product quality, shipping, AND poor customer service, and there was a great deal of consistency across all of these negative comments. To make matters worse, the owner would reply in broken English with poor grammar, misspellings, uNruLy CApS and spa ces, sentence fragments, and even demands that the reviewer contact him directly. His responses were almost threatening. Perhaps English was not his first language, but it sounded more like he was just an angry drunk. I opted not to submit credit card info to that business… Gadget Circuit had the same lens for just a few dollars more, still coming in at close to half MSRP. There were, as with any retailer, still accounts of bad experiences resulting in negative reviews, but much less consistency and congruency across the negative feedback. I decided to take a gamble and purchased the desired lens from Gadget Circuit. I placed my order late Friday night/early Saturday morning on 8/2/2014, knowing that they were closed all weekend. The site warned that just processing the order can take up to 2 business days, and as much as I wanted the product ASAP, I was only willing to shell out another $15 for the 4-7 business day shipping option. So realistically, I was prepared to wait 2 whole weeks for the product to arrive. On Tuesday (8/5/14) I received an email notification that the product had shipped. Imagine my surprise when it ARRIVED THURSDAY AUGUST 7TH. Not to mention that it was well packaged, brand new, and in perfect working order (I know nothing about cameras, but I had my partner give it a thorough once over. Twice). Long story short, I took a little gamble and it totally paid off. Thanks GadgetCircuit!

I bought a camera body and did not receive the instruction book with it. The camera box had been opened. The rest of the order was fine. Call but would not send one.

I placed an overnight order in the late afternoon of 8/1, and received my order on 8/5.
