I purchase a Tamron 24-70mm 2.8 Gadget Circuit policy give you one year warranty, ( suspicious all the US dealer give only 30 days or 15 days but you can claim the manufacture warranty) So now my lens is not working and Tamron won't fix it, Gadget Circuit didn't even want to give the information where my lens serial number comes from) My advice Expende $200 dollar more and purchase whatever product you want to purchase from a US dealer, or at the end you would ending losing $800 in the trash. Product work but at the long run is not worthy since they complete brush you off, and they clearly know that.

I purchased a Panasonic DMC-LX100 Lumix camera. It did not come with a manufacturer's warranty but I was assured that they offered the same warranty options. I also happened to purchase many accessories for this camera including memory, camera case, tripod, extra battery packs and an extra battery charger. I took a trip where I took 1,000's of photos and discovered partway through that all of the sky photos had a spot on them. It must have been an issue of dust on the mirror. After some back and forth, I returned the camera on my dime for repairs. Weeks later I received the camera. The spot was gone but there were newer, bigger problems. The aspect ratio feature (something I use constantly as an Instagrammer) no longer works and there is only one aspect ratio. Finally the focus mode remains in manual focus mode (MF) and is unable to move into macro or auto-focus modes. I do not know why it was returned to me if the repair had done more damage to the camera than they repaired. I am very frustrated with this purchase as well as the length of time it has taken to resolve this issue. I have been unable to take quality photos since May.

Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. No invoice was emailed to me as soon as I placed the order, no shipping notification was sent. Customer help line was not friendly at all. And the shipping box were two boxes stuck together. Just sad...

I paid for overnight shipping on a product and when I got the tracking number I found that it had not been shipped overnight and now a week later I still haven't received it. I called customer service and they tried to tell me that over night delivery doesn't mean overnight delivery. When he finally looked at the website, he agreed that i was charged for overnight delivery but didn't even offer any refund for not being overnight. Just stated that i could refuse the package, which i am sure I would have been charged still for shipping and maybe a restocking fee.

Placed an order and called to make sure it was in stock before I placed it since I needed the product quick for a photojob. They confirmed it was in stock. I never received the product as promised, and I got no information regarding my order. Called and was informed that it was never in stock and that it was going to be in stock the following Friday, Called that Friday to check on the order and was informed, again, that it was not in stock. I understand that products can be out of stock, but I think I should be contacted and informed by this new information instead of me hunting GC down to beg for information regarding my order. Still have not received the order and I missed out on a photo job because of this.

My product does not arrive on time, and pay for overnight I am dissatisfied with the service. I had to travel on Tuesday and pay for the service on Friday and Tuesday at noon I play to go to the airport with my product and stayed in Florida

I specifically asked customer service if the camera model I was purchasing was the U.S. model and they told me the accurate model number is listed on the site. I double checked and the model number listed was indeed the U.S. model. However, I ended up receiving a Japanese model, which means there is no manufacturer warranty. It was also missing the user guide and did not include a bill of sale or receipt of any kind. Returning the item has proven to be a difficult task. I would NOT recommend this vendor unless you are willing to take the risk of getting Grey Market items.

I paid for next day delivery. The package had to be re-sent and then arrived a week later with no offer of credit.
