I recently purchased an expensive camera and selected Free shipping option. It has been more than a week and my order is still in 'processing'. I called their customer service few times and after long wait times all I hear is, we are sorry, there is a slight delay, it will be shipped as early as possible. I finally sent an email to customer service and they responded saying they don't have this particular item available! Well, if it was not in stock why would you have that item to sell on your website, no indication on website saying item is not in stock or anything like that. Customer service is willing to cancel my order (very convenient) rather than taking steps to fulfill this order. Looks like they don't care about business nor do they care for customer service.

I was at first hesitant to order the product as the price was quite a bit lower than everyone else, but I went for it and was happy I did. I saved about $200, got the product more quickly than indicated when I bought it (4 days), and it was exactly what I was looking for - so quick service and a great price

I ordered two Motorola MBP36 Video Baby Monitors. They were purchased to give to my daughter-in-laws for their first baby showers. The monitors came in several pieces, not secured with bubble wrap or anything, no directions, nothing to qualify what these pieces all were. The box was a plain, white box. It looked like returned items in which the original packaging was destroyed. I would not give these as gifts. The person I talked to for returning these monitors spoke so fast that sometimes it was impossible to understand her. I would not purchase from Gadget Circuit again.

I purchased a "Canon Speedlite 600EX" from Gadget Circuit. I thought I was getting a great price, which makes sense now because the flash I received is a grey market version of Canon's 600EX-RT. I ended up having to go to a local Canon authorized dealer and buy 2 new flashes to shoot a last minute wedding. This is completely unacceptable. When I contacted Gadget Circuit regarding my concerns, I was only told that the 600EX can be synced with other 600EX flashes, which means I would have to continue to buy grey market flashes in order for this to work. They have been unwilling to address any concerns that they are selling a grey-market flash in the United States, to a United States customer.
