I was honestly impressed with FYTOO. The glasses were stylish, affordable,great quality and looked just like the photos. My prescription was accurate and they felt comfortable. Shipping took a little time, but overall I’m happy with my purchase and would order again.

I've ordered more than once from Fytoo, and each time my prescription was executed perfectly. Shipping can take a while, but customer service is kind and responsive. Comparing similar and identical frame styles I've purchased from them over time, I notice the lenses are made much thicker since Fytoo changed lens manufacturers. So I would stick to frame styles that better hide lens thickness if you have a strong prescription.

Ordered two pairs of progressive glasses on 5/02/26, and has been stuck processing in Indianapolis since 5/13/26. I contacted support and they’ve reissued the glasses with business shipping. Although I received an email that production may take longer than 10 days. Looking forward to finally getting my glasses. I love the styles offered but I’m not sure I’ll continue to use Fytoo because of the shipping issues; seems to be a common theme amongst the reviews.

I love the eyeglasses I bought from Fytoo but I was a little disappointed that they aren’t a perfect fit. So I reached out to customer service who said that although the frame sizing cannot be altered, they can send a replacement or exchange them for another frame ( one of the arms broke at the tip). I think the custom service is great- they were quick to respond once I emailed the correct email. As far as the fit is concerned, I plan to get some sleeves for the arms of the frames to see if that helps.
