False information regarding return process….In order to be issued a refund your item has to be returned back on your expense and it goes through customs meaning it’ll cost your more than the purchase of the frames itself. SICKENING! So unfortunately because it’s COSTLY you’re stuck with glasses that serves no purpose because the ITEM does not match the online picture….never again FYTOO.

NEVER SHOP HERE! I would rate 0 stars if I could! I have had the worst experience with this company. They sent me 2 broken frames and a pair of prescription sunglasses with lenses I cannot even see out of. They then tried to solicit a false 5-star review out of me to waive the return shipping fee for the incorrect lens sunglasses. WHICH IS AGAINST FTC REGULATIONS. Customer service has been intentionally unhelpful, trying to stall me out of the return window and demanding I go out of my way to get the lenses tested. And they continue to not send me the return label or credit my account for the lenses they sent me that are broken despite already agreeing to do so. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM. The quality is garbage, the customer support is intentionally horrific, and they will mess up your order and expect you to pay and bend over backward to fix their mistakes and lack of QA/QC. I am extremely disappointed in my experiences with FYTOO. Update 10/21/2026: They offered to refund me after seeing this review but conditioned it on closing my dispute with my card issuer and deleting this review. I felt this was important to add more context.

Horrible customer service experience. The 2 pairs of glasses had faulty lenses, double vision in the peripheral vision. They did everything they could to get out of their responsibilities. I mean EVERYTHING, it was really unpleasant, and the worst customer experience I have EVER had from any company. In the end I got my money back, but it took so long and so many emails, and even then I had to pay £14 for the postage back to China, which is completely illegal and against consumer rights. Really, do not buy from this company, if something goes wrong it is painful beyond belief.

Had issues with delivery, they left package outside for free for all!!! Contacted Fytoo many times, emails going back and forth, with no resolution!!! This dragged on for almost a month....filed dispute with my bank since never received my glasses...bank had to block that card and send me out new card....customer service was very poor in my opinion

I do not recommend their customer service at all. They refused to take responsibility when I reported that the order never arrived. Instead, they told me that to have the product sent again, I had to leave a good review and send them proof of it; only then would they ship the order. It feels like extortion to me. I would rather lose my money and give them the rating they deserve. Since they want to clean up their image with their response to my review, here is a copy of one of the emails. The worst experience I’ve ever had. Don’t be surprised by the low quality of the frames and lenses. And their return policies are absolutely against your favor. Don’t fool yourself into expecting anything good from a cheap company with shitty products.

This Company is a joke. I will never ever give anyone this website for glasses. I ordered glasses and been trying to get them to send another pair for the one that came with the lenes out. Instead of trying to assist me they worried about the 1-star review. This is their response Below. I'm not deleting until I get the glasses I paid for correctly. I shouldn't have to pay for glasses twice to be able to wear them. I ordered them and now i have to pay for someone to fix them in order to wear them. For more than a month I have tried to order glasses that are FEATURED in Fytoo advertising. The reply is always they are out of stock. Why do you continue to feature frames that you KNOW are unavailable. This is deceptive and frustrating advertising. Your response "that at the time of the campaign" is also untrue because on 8/20 you were STILL running the same campaign with the SAME frames.
