Je recommande à 200% d'autant plus que les montures sont originales et de belles qualités pour un montant avec verres correcteurs à un prix défiant toute concurrence. 👏

I placed an order with Fytoo as I have meant times before. When tracking my order, I could see that it was sent to other cities leading me to believe it was lost in the mail. I reached out to "Nancy" in CS. She was amazing! She communicated with me constantly and resent a replacement order via expedited mail. I received my glasses and I'm happy thanks to exceptional customer service from Nancy! I will continue to purchase from Fytoo!

Great customer service! The postal service lost my order and I contacted Fytoo, they responded quickly and reorder my glasses and provided quick shipping. This is my first time ordering from them and with the good customer service won me over.

This isn't the first time I've ordered my glasses from Fytoo—in fact, I’ve been ordering from them for perhaps more than three consecutive years. As always, they are the absolute best in every respect: shipping, pricing, their cutting-edge frame styles, and, of course, customer service. These people are simply the best—I recommend them 1000%!

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Extremely Disappointed I placed an order with FYTOO in February 2026 for prescription glasses and paid over $200. Months later, I still have not received my glasses or a refund. Since placing my order, it has been nothing but ongoing back-and-forth emails with customer support. At one point, they admitted they believed my package was “lost” and offered to send a replacement order, but even after agreeing, nothing was ever shipped out. I then requested a refund, and I still have not received that either. The worst part is the lack of communication and customer service. Calling their support number is pointless because no one answers. I’ve tried calling early in the morning and in the afternoon during their listed business hours, and every time it says support is unavailable. For a company to take someone’s money and leave them waiting for months with no product and no refund is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this company. Per your response I did respond to your emails and clearly requested a refund, not a replacement. After months of waiting, multiple emails, and unsuccessful attempts to contact support by phone, I no longer trust this process. Your company acknowledged that the package may have been lost, yet I still have not received either my glasses or my refund. Additionally, requesting that I change or remove my review before issuing a refund is inappropriate. I simply want the refund for the product I paid for and never received.

The quality of the products are great. Customer support was always present to solve things. I would buy from them again.
