FYTOOReviews of fytoo.com

I personally have received excellent attention and responsiveness from the customer service staff. They have been very attentive and have resolved my concerns.

This is my sixth pair of glasses bought from Fytoo. My new glasses arrived and they're perfect. The color is beautiful, the lenses are perfect. Big, just how I like them, and lightweight, just as they should be. I'd love to buy them all... Thank you so much...

What made my experience great after receiving a pair of glasses with an issue and being told a no effective solution. I spoke again with a customer service representative and Nancy solved the problem and I truly appreciate the help and service recovery process! Thank you!!!!

Ik werd via email super goed bijgestaan om mijn voorschrift in te vullen. De bril is van zeer goede kwaliteit. Een aanrader!

After reading several positive reviews about their quality, I decided to purchase from Fytoo. I'm from Argentina, and although I couldn't find many reviews from my country, I decided to take the chance anyway. They have a huge variety of frames. Since these were my first prescription glasses, it was a bit hard for me to choose at first, but their website is incredibly helpful. Despite the massive selection, they provide detailed frame measurements and accurate photos for everything, which made the decision much easier. The purchase process was super fast, and the shipping was delivered right within the estimated timeframe for my country. Now, about the glasses: I bought three pairs for less than what a single pair would cost in my home country! The materials are excellent, they look and feel very high quality, and the prescription is absolutely spot-on. Overall, everything was perfect. I highly recommend them both here and to everyone I know. It is definitely worth the purchase -don't hesitate!

Great customer service! I had to reach out right after placing my order. They have been quick to reply and pleasant to work with! I can't wait to get my new, stylish glasses!
