Got my glasses yesterday. They were perfect!

I have ordered many pairs of glasses from Fytoo and recently had an issue with my latest pair. I contacted customer service who have dealt with the matter fast and efficiently and kept me up to date along the way. I look forward to ordering many more in the future.

I had a very positive experience with Fytoo customer service. Yulia was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive throughout our exchange. She took the time to answer my questions with kindness and made sure to find a satisfactory solution for my situation. I truly appreciated her support and excellent communication. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! They put the wrong city and state on my first package and told me it was my mistake. The package is now going back to sender and they refuse to refund me. When I tried to order the same item again they gave me an invalid USPS number. They told me they won't give me a refund until I change my rating of them….they put the wrong CITY and STATE, package now going back to SENDER. Also, given an INVALID USPS NUMBER. Have over a dozen emails back and forth explaining this over and over again. Very frustrating!

I do NOT recommend this company. I Placed 3 orders and on each order the prescription was INCORRECT. I traveled due to a family emergency and thus did not try them on until after the window of return. Then when I explained the situation they asked me to get proof that the prescription was incorrect on all the glasses. Which I did 3x to be sure from 3 different sources including my Optometrist. They indicated that they had never seen such a poor filling of the prescription. Fytoo refused to return, replace or refund my money. I have spent almost a thousand dollars and have glasses that are not usable to anyone. Such poor customer services and waste of time running around doing what they requested me to do and then in the end they did not return my money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!! The glasses give me headaches , make me nauseous & give a blurry distorted view. Unlike the glasses I had made by another company which were excellent. As indicated it was an extraordinary situation - as a family member passed so it was later than the 30 day window because I had to travel to manage the situation. A good company would stand by their work and make the situation right. I gave them 3 options to correct the transaction. I trusted they would do the right thing. Time frame or not the work was not what the website indicates they will provide - glasses that fit a prescription. Very unprofessional.

I have ordered several pairs of glasses from Fytoo. Not only are their prices most reasonable, but their customer service is outstanding. Large selection of frames and communication is always fantastic.
