Fytoo Review It's been several years since I ordered from Fytoo, but I recently got a new prescription, and found they were still the most affordable place to buy progressives. So I ordered a new pair and found the overall experience to be great. Pre-Sale Support I specifically was looking for progressives that had spring hinges and came with magnetic clip ons, so I did not need to buy a pair of prescription sunglasses. I contacted Fytoo about questions I had related to specific frames. When I did not get answers on social media, I reached out via the support@ email and got answers within a few hours. Olivia was especially responsive and helpful, and she ensured I got exactly the type of frames I wanted. So I do not suggest reaching out via social media with pre-order questions, but definitely recommend reaching out via email. I do recommend joining the Fytoo Facebook Group, as they will give you a discount code to save money when you order. Order Process I uploaded my prescription and placed my order on October 6. They shipped on October 13. They were supposed to be delivered on October 23, however tracking noted a "delivery exception." I reached out to the customer service email at the shipping company, who said I had a bad address. I told him the address was fine and to put it into Google. The glasses were actually delivered the following day. If you experience delivery issues, I do recommend reaching out to the shipping vendor directly to resolve those. The Glasses I like my glasses very much. They came with cleaning cloths and a couple of cases. I ordered the Quentin Frames, which came with 5 different magnetic clip ons, including 4 sunglasses with varying degrees of darkness, as well as yellow lenses for night driving. These clip ons came in a nice zippered case with pockets to store the additional clip ons. I am satisfied with the quality of the frames and the lenses. The prescription matches what I ordered, and when I put them on, I can see as well as I can wearing the overpriced glasses I got at the optical shop that did my eye exam. Those pricey glasses took 2.5 weeks to come in, which about matches what it took my Fytoo glasses to arrive. Overall Rating I am glad I came back to Fytoo when I got my new prescription. In the ensuing years since my last order, I think shipping time has been reduced, as I recall them formerly taking 6-8 weeks to arrive. They are still one of the few places that you can get stylish frames with progressive lenses for under $100. I was impressed by the pre-sales customer service, as well as the fact my glasses came as ordered, eliminating the need for any post sale customer service. I will continue using Fytoo for my prescription glasses, as I think they offer a nice selection of frames, as well as an affordable price for lenses when compared to other online and retail outlets.
