FuumuuiReviews of fuumuui.com

Timely delivery and well made product. If an improvement were to be made I'd make the mixing area recess a bit so the paint puddles wouldn't run off.

Fuumui sent a new package after first one was lost. Quality brushes.

I've bought a few things from fuumuui, a lovely (empty) wooden watercolour travel palette, some hollow hog bristle brushes, some extended point brushes, and grainer brushes, and I'm waiting on some flat brushes. Everything I've bought so far has been exceptional. I can highly recommend Fuumuui. I simply love their stuff.

Yuki went above and beyond my expectations for customer service. He was able to connect me with the Amazon colleague, spoke with that colleague for me himself, and went out of his way to speak on my behalf to replace an item when the ticket was already closed. I truly appreciated that effort.

I have several products: brushes, travel box, paper . Quality of this products are great, use them often. Especially want to admit, that customer support services is also good, polite and helpful.

The costumers service has been excellent. The team is always kind, courteous, and helpful, and they have resolved every issue quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate how responsive and attentive they have been.

Lovely products and great quality. The delivery unavoidably takes a long time as the parcel has to make it's way half way around the world but it's worth the wait
