The brushes I have received are excellent quality and perfect for travel. However the delivery time was long. I had rather given up!

Une livraison après un mois d'attente 😐 Mais le produit est top.👍 Une grande boîte métallique, arrivée légèrement pliée sur un endroit.😲 L'intérieur est super chouette. Des teintes pastels dans des dominantes jaune, rose, violet et bleu. Un petit plus : une petite boîte de Masking tape, permettant de protéger ou diviser des parties de la page 👏 J’aurais mis 5 sur 5, si l'attente du produit n'avait duré 1 mois.

(Edited review ) I ordered gouache paints from this company and received a completely different brand in the mail that were bad quality. After contacting the support team emails I received an email back (they only reply on weekdays) apologizing for the mix up and if there was a difference pallet they could send. I ended up getting the vivid watercolor pallet along with a double sided brush as compensation for the price difference in the sets. I’m happy to report that both products work well, but unfortunately I can’t give this any higher stars due to the problem at the beginning. Thank you to the Fuumuui support person that I emailed and made this right. I am very happy with the quality of the paints and brush!

I originally left a bad review as I hadn’t received my order after almost a month and had no updates. I contacted customer service and they got back to me the next day to explain it was out of stock. I’ve now received it, so I’ve updated my review. It would’ve been nice to get an update without having to chase, but I’m happy with the watercolours. I already own a few of their sets from Amazon and this was my first time ordering directly from their website.

Good product and well designed. Portable, self contained paintbox inc double sided brush (fine/round) 2 water pots and attachable strap for painting outdoors. I would have given 5 stars but I had to contact the company for advice on tracking, the info in the email is to download an app. To be fair, Fuumuui responded swiftly when I emailed them and sent me up to date tracking.

The product is superior. I would have given it a 5 star review but the delivery took a long time…over a month. They did not let me know they were experiencing difficulties with shipping until I wrote to them to ask where my order was. At that time they told me it was out of stock but would ship when it was back in stock. I was patient but felt they could have offered me a decent discount for my trouble but they didn’t.

The time until the order was sent out was longer then usual for most stores, so including shipping it took a while until the order reached me. On the other hand, customer support was friendly after I reached out and informed me when they expected my shipment to go out. The product itself is really well done, I ordered brushes and paper and can say that both are very high quality and quite honestly exceed my expectations. Especially if you want good calligraphy brushes I would suggest you take a look, since those are hard to get otherwise outside China & Japan. Overall if they can optimise the time from order to the shipment going out I would reward 5 stars.
