YAY - My Creamora palette arrived today and I couldn't wait to share how beautifully this lovely set of paints from @fuumuuibrushes_official blends and the beauty of all the shades. It's so dreamy, soft, and satisfying. You can see the three shades of yellow in sunshine or flowers,and any of the blended blues/greens for sky or water, but in a subtle way, like they are compatible rather than competitive with each other. So far there is not a single colour that is disappointing in the least and my first impression was that I wanted to immediately order three more sets in case they ever discontinue it. (No, used my last modicum of self-control......so far....)"

The melting point of the palette color is too low so if I put palette upside down in ordinal room temperature, the color paint all drain out.

The wait was long but worth it. CS very considerate in tracking down my order.

Love the colors and quality of my new watercolors, the second set I have bought… Delighted very was really slow though and I was getting worried if they would ever arrive…But then it was free delivery so I will know what to expect next time I order…

The Communication is terrible, they didn’t said that they didn’t have the product in stock, and that i needed to wait for a restock, i had to write an email to find this out... then the shipment took another extra 5 weeks to arrive, total process 7 weeks. They only sent an email with the carrier traker, but that was very unefficient. The product arrived and it is lovely, the watercolors are beautiful, the packaging... so amazing, i really liked it!, so it was so sad that the initial experience was so bad.

I ordered through Instagram and delivery was not reliable. Order tracking was absent, delivery team was unreliable, and communication via email was delayed. If I were to order Fuumuui brushes again, I would definitely go via Amazon — same price and reliable communication.

I like the quality of the products and quick delivery. But some products are not too ideal..e.g. the water color palette.. the pans are too shallow.. once used it is very messy. there should be a protection to avoid storage overflow.
