I find that Fuumuui has great products that are priced fairly and distributed very well. Their delivery time is very good and the way the product is packaged ensures that no damage will come to the contents. I am very pleased I have found these products.

if I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered goods for nearly 400 dollars on 1st October. After having heard nothing I chased them up and now it is the 19th and all of the goods (which have been split into 5 parcels) have not yet left China. One product is still "out of stock". Replies to my mails include apologies and state over-demand, holiday, weekend, late delivery from supplier, etc as reasons. They have now offered me a 10% discount which I will "receive after receipt all the goods"..... but who knows when that will be !

I have 1 or 2 orders from Fuumuui, Watercolour Paper, Double ended Brushes with metal shafts, wooden shafted squirrel hair brushes and a set of their glorious Watercolor Art Sets. Every item is to a professional standard and their Customer Service is excellent.

I ordered my item on October 4, and 11 days later I still have not received my parcel. There has been no satisfactory update regarding the shipment. Very disappointing service. At this point, I cannot consider this company reliable.

Je leur ai fait part de mon problème et ils se sont mobilisés pour trouver une solution très rapidement. Pendant toute la procédure ils sont restés en contact avec moi par mail.
