I ordered one box each of the dishwasher, disposal and washing machine cleaning tablets. They billed me for 7 boxes total. They present as an American company but are not. I called to cancel the order which they said they would do but received an email saying they had already shipped. Strange that an American company takes 20 days to ship. Do not order from these people it is a SCAM. I have not received my order yet. I will try to return but I’m sure there will be a reason why I can’t do that also. Horrible experience. Do not be sucked in by flashy ads

Product never showed up! But they called and offered me a full refund. So overall wanted to try the product but couldn’t, but the customer service was good.

Getting the cleaning pods out of the packaging was not easy. Expecially the first one. Subsequent ones were a tiny bit easier. However, that said, the Fuugu pods worked! It took two washings with one each time to get there -- but we did. Our dishes were not coming. out clean, like they always had. 2 Fuugus later and they're coming out spotless again. Thanks for a great product.

Place an order on 12-19-23, however I made a mistake and purchase 2 of the same items at two different price points. I tried to contact the company and waited more than 30mins just to reach customer service to be told I can't cancel my order because it's processing. LIES! I had just placed the order. This company find ways to make sure that you can't reach out to customer service, but in the event you do they give a scripted version of "no supervisor is available" "we'll reach back out in 24-48hrs before your request can be approved", or they offer another crappy "deal" which you don't want. 12-20-23 Received email stating they are unable to modify my request...of course, how convenient right. Called customer service to cancel my entire order because I believe this company doesn't value customers and is only incline to find ways to keep your money in the event a return/cancellation is requested. Was given the same scripted lines, "no supervisor available". I requested the agent put in the notes since they keep saying my order is processing and out for delivery (which is a lie, since no tracking # was provided) to send me a RETURN label so I can return their product which I no longer have any use for. Of course, once again I was told that someone will reach out to me (bet it won't be a supervisor) and he understands my concern. By then I can guarantee the package will be shipped and now they can definitely say "cancellation is not an option". B#!! $H!T DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEIR RETURN POLICY DOES NOT EXIST. THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL AN ORDER IF NEEDED. So sorry I didn't listen to the other reviews. If you are reading this, PLEASE LISTEN! DO NOT, DO NOT, DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I will make sure it is my duty to place on other review sites my experience with this company. As requested: Order #9980759
