I placed an order and immediately emailed them to tell them to cancel the order because I had made a mistake. I then reorder correctly. I then get a reply saying that they cannot cancel the original order. So now I have to receive both orders and send them a request to return them. So I wait for both orders to come to me and then I send a return request via email and find that I have to send the orders back to Lithuania which is going to cost me more than the original purchase did. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Don’t order anything from Fuugu. They double your order, won’t get you a return label for in the United States. They want you to return the order back to a country out of the USA. It’s awful. I have a product that I can’t use. If anyone wants some tablets, I’ll ship them to you. Send me an email I have more than I can use at this time and I will never order anything from this company ever again.

I looked at the filter in my dishwasher, which is the first area that water gets drained out of, and it was dirty. I placed the Fuugu tablet in the dishwasher alone and ran a cycle on the suggested setting. When it was done, I took the filter out again, expecting it to be squeaky-clean. It was EXACTLY as dirty as it was before I started the cycle. I immediately started emailing the company to get refunded for the remaining 5 tabs - it says it has a 30 day money back guarantee. Multiple emails back and forth, I got a call from a representative that said they were working on my refund as they are asking me to buy other products of theirs, and then I finally got a representative on the phone and she told me that because I opened the product and used one of them, that I am now ineligible for a refund. The product has to be UNOPENED to receive a refund. How do you know that you don't like a product unless you actually use it??? This company sucks! It feels like a scam.
