Good price, packaging, informative ad-copy, speedy delivery

For the amount I spent, I received multiple products that I'm excited to use. Have already shared some with friends.

Purchased 18 tablets (3 packages of 6) and tried it out. Product didn't work. Company offered refund on unopened packages if I mail back to Lithuania. Don't buy anything from them. Update 2/21/24 - I received a phone call from Fuugu and they apologized and refunded my money with no requirements to return the product. They also said they were reviewing their return policies.

I bought both DW and washer tablets. Used each once. No difference at all in the DW; washing machine was shiny but there wasn’t any difference anywhere else. The rubber area was still dirty. Return policy is horrible. After five emails asking how to get a refund, showing the before and after photos in the very first email, they finally said I can’t return it because it was opened. So if it doesn’t work, there’s no recourse. Save your money. Edit: sent the order number, etc., via Trustpilot request. Edit#2: Fuugu refunded the full amount AFTER THIS BAD REVIEW, and after receiving the order number and probably checking the email correspondence. I’m happy about that but don’t think it should have taken a bad review to have gotten this result. I hope they’ll change their customer service policies. That said, thank you, Fuugu, for the total refund and the quick response to this review. 2/21/2024 Edit #3… Even though the issue is resolved, the above review and the edited reviews are still accurate. 2/29/2024

UPDATE: The Fuugu team reached out to me and completely resolved the below issue. They were very apologetic, explaining that they're still ironing out some kinks in their system. In addition, they refunded the entire amount and also sent a beautiful chef's knife as a consolation. Can't say enough about them and the product is GREAT!!!🌟 ORIGINAL POST: Like a few other people who reviewed this pretty good product, I also was charged for more than I ordered. After putting 1 6-tablet packet in my cart and checking out, I got a confirmation for 5 packets for $59.90. I immediately emailed them and got a response about how quickly they fulfill orders, so cancellation wasn’t possible, but I was welcome to return them at my expense. SO BOGUS! I’m working with AmEx for a better solution but am not hopeful😡

REVIEW UPDATED: Their customer service team has reached out to me (both calls & emails) after my initial review and refunded my entire order with a personal apology about my experience. They assured me that they would be updating their website so such glitch would be fixed. I received the products but haven't tried so I can't give it 5 stars yet. I updated my review from one star to 4 stars based on how they handled my complaints. If you experienced similar experiences (other items were added to order without authorization and cannot be cancelled), try emailing Joan at j.torres at fuugu.com. She helped me correct the order in a prompt manner. _____________________________ I read other people's reviews so I was being very careful when placing my order and not to click the other items that I don’t need. After I clicked Submit order, some items (such as drain cleaner $56) were still added to my order without my authorization. It doesn’t allow you to change or cancel your order. Too bad that they don’t want a sustainable business! It’s definitely a one time deal for me.

Like other people commenting here, I saw the ad for the dishwasher cleaner and ordered one package at a fair price. I was navigating the site and considering also ordering one pack of washing machine cleaner- was looking for a price and before I knew it, bam, 4 packages of washing machine cleaner had been added, quadrupling the cost of my order. I tried to undo it. I contacted customer support right away and was told I couldn't cancel part of my order but I could return product, no problem. Well, between the shipping charge to Lithuania and a "restocking fee" of some sort, I'd be throwing good money after bad. I'll keep the stuff, but it's a shame. The dishwashing pods seem to be a good product. The website is either badly set up, without a cancel order option, or a scam, I don't know which. Be very careful when ordering! ***Update*** Fuugu contacted me and made things right, issuing a refund and delivering customer service. I do think the dishwasher and washing machine cleaners are excellent products. I hope they can iron out the kinks with the website.
