In a word Fuugu just works well just as promised
In a word Fuugu just works well. The first time I used Fuugu I noticed a marked improvement and after the second treatment the inside of my dishwasher look like new and has stayed that way ever since .

sold me bad fake fuel injector
stay away from this Fuugu site lots of complain from the public i paid for 4 fuel injector for my car and fitted them and straight away problems i notice with the car running very badly and shaking i contact the company for a refund and they took weeks to get back to me and told me they only refund with in 2 weeks of receiving goods no return address on there site once you buy any goods from them they automatically disable your account so you won't be able to check progress any of shipping very dishonest company i wouldn't buy anything from them again stole my £175.00

This is my third review on this company…
This is my third review on this company and final. I did not have a good experience ordering and the return was going to be a pain. Especially with the high postage I would be paying to Lithuania, they do not pay for postage for returns. I have not used the product because of other reviews I have read (after I ordered). That's on me. I can say they did make it right though by refunding my full purchase amount, letting me keep the products and sending me a free kitchen knife. So scam? Not sure but they do seem like they are trying.

Strap Heart rate Monitor with watch unworkable
Husband purchased a Strap Heart rate monitor with WR 30M watch for $119.00 NZ. I have spent about 4hrs trying to set it up for him. The instructions are rubbish and the watch does not respond to them. Delivery was good, I must say. Received 8th March. Return of product looks difficult too. UPDATE: Finally got the strap monitor to work, though it will not work on the person whom it was purchased for. Can I respectfully ask that your product instructions, if written in English, be written by a person for whom English is their 1st language. Fuugu products didn’t work
I bought both products for the dishwasher and the washing machine. We used both of them once and it caused both the dishwasher and washing machine to leak all over our house. Return policy and customer service has been terrible. I called and talked to a representative and they said they would send me an email to start the return process that I’ve still not received. I’ve tried two more times since then and one of the representatives just kept trying to get me to buy more product?! The product doesn’t work and they don’t seem care to make it right. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. 3/12/2024 UPDATE: Fuugu has contacted me and refunded my purchase. I still didn't have a good experience with the product but I'm grateful they ended up giving me my money back.

I'd leave no stars if possible. ordered in Decemeber and they kept saying sorry it didn't come in yet... offered 30% back. didn't happen. still no product and they refuse a refund.
