Amazing warranty! I’ve had the same pair of fuse lenses for 4 years when a rock finally got the best of them. True to their word about the one time replacement! Here’s to at least another 4 years.

Great service and warranty.

I had an issue with a pair of sunglasses I ordered. I emailed fuse and Alexandria responded quickly and sent out a new pair. Waiting for them to arrive but happy fuse addressed the issue.

I’m very happy and impressed with them standing behind their warranty. I will definitely continue to use this company in the future. I’m excited to get them and hoping the next week or so .

It was extremely fast. I sent an email requesting my warranty lenses and before I knew it a new set of lenses were on the way.

I ended up buying the wrong pair of lense for the Costa del mar glasses I own. So I ended up reaching out to fuse about trying to exchange the wrong pair for the right pair. They instantly shipped me out the right pair and sent me a new shipping label to ship back the wrong pair when I was able to. This is been the best customer service I've ever had to deal with thank yall so much 5 stars.

I contacted Fuse lenses regarding the warranty coverage for a pair of lenses i purchased in the past. I explained my reasoning for the warranty request via email. Within the next business day, I received a reply with approval and an order number for item replacement. Great customer service and product. Fuse Lenses without question showed me the effectiveness of their services and their commitment to the excellent quality of their products. This experience made me move forward with ordering new lenses for my wife sunglasses.
