Fuse LensesReviews of fuselenses.com

I will continue to buy lenses from them. The lenses fit well and look amazing.

Customer service top notch, getting me a free replacement after I broke glasses

A helpful, professional person called Rosina. She went over and above to find the previous orders and communicated problem areas, and found solutions. Thank you again.

Immediate service to my request to exchange the lenses. I sent an email to Fuse lenses to get new lenses made larger than the lenses I had ordered. They responded immediately with a return shipping label as well as the assurance that the new lenses would be cut as no shipped to me immediately. Fuse makes a fabulous product and also supports that with great customer service.

Such incredible customer service even before the sale. Great responsiveness and prompt communication that answered all my questions, and offered a really cost effective solution for custom lenses for my favorite Randolph sunglasses. Can't wait to get my glasses back with my new (and highly upgraded) lenses!

Had great experience with fuse lenses. Not only are the lenses tough but when you do scratch them customer service is great to work with. Just emailed them and with no issue they send me replacements. 10 out of 10

I recently purchased replacement lenses from Fuse Lenses, and the experience was fantastic! The quality of the lenses is outstanding—they fit perfectly and provide excellent clarity. Special shoutout to Alexandria for her exceptional customer service! She was incredibly responsive and ensured I was completely satisfied with my purchase. The website is user-friendly, shipping was fast, and the lenses arrived well-packaged. If you need high-quality replacement lenses and top-notch customer service, Fuse Lenses is the way to go. Highly recommend!

Great lenses. Dropped them regularly with no problems until there was one. Messaged them and they sent me a new pair without question.
