I apparently ordered the wrong replacement lenses for my Costa Del Mar Fernandina's. They were shipped to me and I immediately emailed their customer service and they responded the same day. They said to just hold on to those lenses and we will send you the correct pair. I received those lenses and one side was a too small and kept falling out of the frame. I emailed the customer service again and they quickly responded and said that sometimes the lenses may not be cut just right but will send yet another pair. Well received today and they FIT PERFECTLY. I was able to salvage the Costa Del Mar frames with brand new lenses. Their customer service is really top notch

The best customer service I have experienced.

Long time Fuse customer (nearly 10 years?). What a great product with tremendous customer service. Fuse continues to extend the life of my not-inexpensive sunglasses with a terrific variety of lenses that are equal to the original, if not better! I had one lens in a pair start to delaminate after nearly 2 years and they stood behind the product and sent me a replacement set. As a long-time Fuse customer, I know the lens de-lamination was an unusual occurrence and will continue to be a loyal customer.
