So I ordered a pair of lenses and the are really nice however one side didn’t really fit all that great and when I got in contact with customer service I didn’t have my invoice but they were able to work with me and get me out a replacement set asap using my address and email . Also the entire time they got back to me asap and always let me know what was going on . Great job in my book .

I cannot say enough about the wonderful service that Fuse (and Zach in particular!!) provided for me over several months!! They were able to make several complicated changes to my prescription sunglass lenses and always answered my questions quickly and clearly. And they never charged me for any of it! I will be a (very happy) lifelong customer after this. If you are in need of replacement lenses look no further!!

Fuse lenses is a fantastic company. When I first ordered my lenses I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I emailed them and they sent me the correct ones no charge and a label to return the other ones. Today (4 years later) I emailed them again to ask for the link to reorder the correct ones since I got some scratches on them. They reminded me that since I have a warranty on the lenses and are sending me another pair for NO CHARGE! Amazing customer service! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing customer service. The people at fuse have gone out of their way to make me a happy customer. My first fuse replacement lenses were not quite what I was looking for. Customer service stepped in and offered to send me new lenses free of charge. After brief emails they knew exactly what I wanted and they were on their way to my mailbox. Here it is a year later, and I accidently scratched one of the lenses. I sent an email and had a response almost immediately to confirm my address. No questions asked just like their website says and there's a new set of lenses on the way!! Thanks again for doing what you do!!
