I wanted to change the color but couldn’t return the lenses from my country. I reached out to customer service, and to my surprise, they sent me the new color I wanted—no extra charge. Amazing experience. Lenses came quickly, but my frames are an older model so they didn’t quite fit. Fuse customer service sent me a prepaid label to send in the frames and lenses for a custom fit. They sent them back quickly and now I’m enjoying my glasses. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you.
