I bought some Fuse Lenses for my Holbrooks, and after putting them through a lot of abuse—including being left out in the desert on a rock for over six months—I was surprised to find them still in great shape when I got them back, aside from a few scratches caused by my own negligence. I reached out to Fuse’s warranty department and received a response within 24 hours. They let me know a new pair of lenses would be shipped out within a few days. Great customer service all around!

Amazing process I was so anxious to discuss a scratch I had in my lens just a few days after receiving (thought I wouldn’t be able to get a resolution since it was my own fault) but quite the opposite, the service agent Kayla emailed me back so quickly and resolved my issue with no additional action needed from me. She went above and beyond and completely understood my request and situation, I didn’t have to repeat or explain beyond my initial message. Thank you so much Kayla and the team here, definitely a happy customer who will stick with the brand from now on. Excellent customer support and satisfaction standards, rare find now a days, felt very genuine and easy.

My lenses were not cleaning properly. Customer service reached out and sent me a new pair within a day. Seems to be a well run business.

My lenses got scratched pretty soon after I received them. Most likely my fault. I tend to over clean my lenses and I get swirl marks in them. Messaged Fuse and they sent me a replacement right away even though I messaged them over a holiday weekend. They replace your lenses once just because you bought them. I’d say get the extended warranty as well, because you basically get two replacements for $10. Which seems to be a great deal if you ask me. Great customer service and just a great company all together.

Stood by their warranty

Customer service is A1!! Fuse sunglasses (frames and lenses) are fantastic - good quality and durable. If you do end up having an accident with them, they'll replace them under their (truly) no-questions-asked warranty! I won't buy glasses anywhere else!!

Received quick response about getting my previously purchased fuse lenses replaced since they are scratched from day to day use. No long process in asking for replacement and kept order on file from over a year ago.
