Great experience! Custom lenses where made for me. Sent the frame over and within a few days got them back. They look perfect and the brand new lenses make it seems as if I just bought the sunglasses. Would 100% recommend them every time someone I know scratches their lenses.

I had an issue with previous lenses I ordered, I'm not questioning the quality as I wore my sunglasses every day. The combination of heat, cold, sweat, UV, etc just wore them down over time. The customer support I received from Alexandria was amazing. She replied to my issue almost instantly (I thought it was a bot at first, but it wasn't). My issues were sorted out promptly and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have recommended Fuse Lenses previously to friends who have older/more expensive frames, and will continue to do so because of this.

I ordered the lenses for the incorrect frames. Within 15 minutes of realizing I did, Fuse had already sent me a return label at no cost and began processing an exchange for the correct lenses. I highly recommend Fuse Lenses!!
