After receiving a defective set of lenses, I reached out to the Fuse customer service who were quick to respond. I got an email back from Kayla the same day where she advised that a new set of lenses were in processing and on the way. (Without effecting my warranty service) Thank you Kayla for the exceptional service and professionalism, you are awesome!

They offered to either give me a full refund, or create custom lenses, at no additional charge.
