table arrived broken, crack down the entire center, and a completely different color than as advertised. It has been weeks trying to get a refund and they continue to tell me they’re waiting on a response from the claims department at the manufacturer. They should have refunded me and dealt with the claim on their end. Never shopping here again.

The customer service rep was very helpful and courteous and even gave me a first time customer discount of $5, in addition to the sale price on the product, which was a good price to begin with.

The items I ordered were priced incorrectly and I was offered $10 off for the inconvenience. My order went from being a little over $400 to a little over $700. As a business owner, this is a mistake I would have expected the company to own and fix moving forward, but not make it the customer's dilemma. Wasn't a great feeling.
