This is my first time ordering from here and there were missing pieces and I was unable to put the vanity together. I am currently waiting on the missing pieces to arrive with the hopes that it will be here before Christmas so I can put it together for my daughter. I don’t think I will return as a customer.

On your website, you had a link for an email that said when signing up receive $20 off your first order, so I signed up however once I signed up received a confirmation that that was only applicable on orders over $1000 this is misleading, now my email address is in your system yet I didn’t receive the $20 discount on my first purchase.

The rep asked me for the information he needed to immediately answer my question. During the phone conversation the call dropped. I thought, oh, no, I'm going to have to call back and repeat the process with another rep. Within a few seconds, to my delight and surprise, the rep called me back and we completed the process. The process was quick and efficient, which is something lacking in today's world, unfortunately. He was also very kind and polite. Thank you!

Order was processed quickly and arrived on schedule. Packing was done well and no damaged parts. Fairly easy to assemble with my grandson’s help. Overall Good Value for this project.

Received item in a timely fashion. Beautiful wreath, just as pictured and packed very well. Happy with the overall quality and experience!
