The item broke when I tried to set it up after I received it but the company sent me a replacement part quickly. The item is very roomy and my cats didn't seem scared in it. It rolled around easily but it would be better if it had a handle you could pull it by. I'm giving it 4 stars.

Was told when orderedeit would be delivered before Christmas and I can’t track it because the number is invalid and office is closed so I can’t find my item anywhere! And I was sent this review before my item got delivered!
