I recently wrote a review giving the company 2 stars due to missing parts. However, I was quickly called and corrected that the parts were hidden inside one of the cushions. Customer service was very prompt and courteous and helpful. I’m changing my review to 5 stars and I would definitely order from them again.

I ordered 2 chairs from home and decor but needed to clarify their size measurements. Home and Decor put me in contact with the manufacture and got me the information I needed. 5 star customer service, great pricing and received chairs in a timely manner. I will order from them again and highly recommend!

The Costway Portable Air Cooler with Filter Knob is a waist of money. It's a $200 fan that blows out hot air. The delivery was supposed to be next day. I paid an extra $50 for it to be deliverd next day. I received it 2 days later.

I been communicating with costumer service regarding returning my piece of furniture. They keep sending shipping Lables, I cannot ship a huge piece of furniture. I need to rather physically take it to you or you need to pick up. The person answering is very nice but is not understanding me. Now I have this furniture here that is incomplete and took hours to build :(
