Web site is easy to navigate, that made placing my order easy. Your follow up emails are very informational. I received my order on time. I don't know if the merchandise works or not. It's a Christmas gift. That is the only reason that I did not rate a 5 start.

The item broke when I tried to set it up after I received it but the company sent me a replacement part quickly. The item is very roomy and my cats didn't seem scared in it. It rolled around easily but it would be better if it had a handle you could pull it by. I'm giving it 4 stars.

Shipping was fast, the box was damaged in transit which caused a piece of the wood to have a small chip in it. The instruction manual was very easy to follow and the parts to assemble were numbered and lettered. I had no problem putting this desk together and its size is perfect. The drawers are smaller than expected but overall I am super happy with my purchase.

I ordered an outdoor dining table and a patio seating set, and both came in good condition, but I don't recommend paying a $49 extra shipping fee for faster delivery. My furniture took the same time as the first one.
