Good products but……
I have ordered from this company before with no problems. This time was different. Ordered on 30th December and got confirmation email. So far so good. Then radio silence. No replies to several emails. I eventually sent a DM via instagram then finally got a reply with a tracking number and eventually my parcel arrived on Wednesday 21st. I got 6 emails at exactly the same time, 3 confirming delivery was imminent and 3 that it had been delivered! It’s such a shame the service is bad as the products are good. If they had told me how long it would take that would have been ok but radio silence is infuriating.
