My order took very long to finally…
My order took very long to finally receive. I ordered as a Christmas gift on 12/11, based on their shipping information plenty of time to receive for Christmas. I followed up several times, mostly no response, once told the order was already in transit and couldn't be canceled (as it now was not going to arrive in time I wanted to cancel). After trying to follow up again with no response I disputed with the bank and all of a sudden the order arrived. The whole process took well over a month and was extremely frustrating. Product was much smaller than expected.
