Ordered the item on 21st December and received this on 22nd January…disappointed with the delivery time but the product has somewhat made up for it , excellent quality and very useful and helpful, I was told I would get 10% refund once item delivered so just awaiting this to happen

If I could give zero stars I would. No communication at all, quality of item is extremely poor, have emailed the support email address 4 times to request a return/refund but have had no response whatsoever however the return policy states this is the process you have to follow and not to return anything until it has been accepted and details are provided! This would be great if SOMEONE ACTUALLY REPLIED!

I am so pleased with what I purchased. I bought a car bed and this is the second one. Absolutely first class. But I was soo disappointed with their communication Re no email confirmation after purchasing and no communication regarding the order was going to be over a month late. I sent atleast 4 emails before I got a reply.
