The item I bought is great, however the delivery let the company down…
The item I bought is great and absolutely no complaints, the description was spot on and it seems to be made with good quality materials. However - the delivery let the company down, hence the three star review. It took over 3 weeks to arrive from the time the order was placed. Had the company made it clear & obvious on the website it would have helped. For anyone wondering it is 'Within 11-13 business days' for the UK. Partly my fault for not checking the shipping information at the bottom of the website, but as I wrote above it could be made a lot clearer and would help make an informed decision before placing an order if you need an item sooner. Also the tracking information was not helpful, the page and emails received just showed item in transit.
