If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered on December 9th. My order just arrived January 20th! I contacted (or tried) the company numerous times about the order. I would say I got a response 50% of the time but it was a week post my inquiry. Now that order is here, I am not impressed at all with the quality. I was expecting something of higher quality, thicker weight, and more durable. I would not recommend ordering from this company!!

I like Funny Fuzzy's products & so does my dog who is so comfy in her soft bed! She tends to pick & choose what bed at what time it is to relax or sleep. She has a bed in my computer room which is her sleep bed all comfy in the liner soft cover,& for just play & relax she has her bigger bed & liner cover in the living room. Thanks to Funny Fuzzy for making my girl a happy puppy!!

Ordered theXL round canopy dog bed 12/20/25, haven't seen or heard from this company since. I have sent 3 emails through their customer service but NO REPLIES, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, HELP, NOTHING. I can't find a listed phone number. I have now read many past reviews that this is a bogus company. **EDIT** Order number #FF708491S I have sent 3 messages through customer support with NO reply. I have also called the phone provided by my card fraud department 213-336-0519. This also didn't work. No answer and calls dropping after 1 ring. So the reply from customer service AFTER reading my poor review is ineffective and false. Provide a legit working phone number and maybe we can fix this.

I ordered a couch cover from FunnyFuzzy and waited over three months with no tracking updates or delivery communication. After six weeks, customer service said they couldn’t provide tracking because the item was shipping by ocean. I also discovered an extra charge on my credit card despite placing only one order and receiving a receipt for just one. Repeated emails asking about the charges and delivery timeline went largely unanswered. By 10 weeks, I requested a refund since the item still hadn’t arrived and I had hoped to receive it by Christmas. I didn’t receive a response until after Christmas, when I was told it couldn’t be canceled or refunded because it had already shipped. Follow-up emails continued to go unanswered, and my comments on their social media were deleted. Many of the positive comments there appeared to come from newly created or fake-looking accounts. After three months with no resolution, I contacted my credit card company, who agreed the situation was concerning and reversed the charges. About 10 days later, I suddenly received two couch covers, I only ordered one (so that was the extra charge and the receipt I never received). The quality was very poor — thin, cheap-looking, and NOT worth the price. Three days later, I received multiple identical apology emails referencing problems occurring due to a customer support system migration. How the company could improve: FunnyFuzzy needs to provide basic order tracking, transparent billing, and timely customer support responses. Clear communication about shipping timelines, prompt explanations of billing discrepancies, and honest engagement on social media would have prevented most of this frustration. Product quality also needs SIGNIFICANT improvement to match the price. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Please note... I DID NOT receive a REFUND until my credit card got involved and removed the charges while I was on the phone with them. FunnyFuzzy did NOT provide the refund.

Well I've been waiting on this order for close to 4 months!!!! When I first starting getting these they were made much better. Now 2 Washington and they fall apart

It took a really long time and then when it got here it wasn’t the right dog bed and it came ripped so overall not good

I ordered a dog traveling bag for an upcoming trip through this website. I was told it would take a few days to a week to ship. It’s now been a month and my order is still “processing.” All they have offered to do after reaching out to customer service was give me 20% off in hopes I’d BUY MORE. I want my money back r my item shipped ASAP. Order # FF710858S

Took almost 2 months to get my order and I never got any updates.
