I had to re-request a set of tests where the results were very clearly outside the possible range, indicating lab error. It took effort, but Function ordered the test and I was able to complete them. When the results came back in range- validating the hypothesis of lab error- the original results were not only left on my account, they were incorporated into my health notes and recommended actions. I'm here for AI to support summaries, but it should only do so with human oversight, and if that isn't the case, it should be fully disclosed and not presented as human supervised. This is a good value for tests that I otherwise would have paid more to access through health insurance, but the "health advisory" functionality is overstated at best.

I loved how everything was preplanned as well as all of the post blood work analysis reporting. Extremely informative.

Clear understanding of labs to be taken and the results came quickly with good description of what each lab means. The value for the money is worth it.

The tests took several weeks to complete but I was able to access and review them as they came in. The information in the summaries and evaluation of the results are well-written in an organized manner that makes understanding them easy, far more information than I have received from a doctor's visit because I can take my time to read and re-read as needed. I like the individualized AI Protocols and have experimented with refining them to my needs. Looking forward to continually referring back to them. The cost is reasonable and the tests are far more than I can get with standard Medicare/Tricare insurance, but the level of individualization and information available is priceless for older adults as well as the more youthful among us. I would like a way to print each test result category on its own page - summary and results for each in the same document. Copy/print does not seem to work unless I download a PDF then convert to a Word document to print separately.

Scheduling and testing are easy. Results are comprehensive and quick.

It’s good and worth the cost. The app is intuitive and it gives actionable advice that is superior to the advice I was receiving from my primary care physician.

I don't know why I waited so long to do this test. Great information, with details. Fast results and loved the notes and plan!!
