The explanations of each laboratory and the overall summary are extremely thorough.

I am grateful for the reduction in price but saddened that you have removed many tests from the 6 month follow up. I realize they are available for purchase. It makes the Clinician notes a bit off when they are comparing older results.

Much more information than I get from my typical blood work. I never feel like my doctors have paid any attention to my bloodwork!

The process is easy and has been very helpful to track progress improving biometrics related to cardiac health. I recommend to all my friends and family.

The interpretation and notes of the results are very helpful and easy to understand. I love that it also can give you an action plan to keep improving. It’s an amazing resource and service available to everyone no matter insurance. Highly recommend!

Supper easy and helpful

Function Health is somewhat of a mixed bag for me. The staff are always friendly, responsive and helpful, the testing and scheduling are convenient, especially now with concierge blood draws. Unfortunately, since I joined as a beta member, a few tests are no longer run that I found valuable, the supplements/protocol section is no longer auto generated, you must initiate with the AI and my suggested food was skimpy. There is a place to give medical history/context on the site but it was only very shallowly refrenced in my results summaries, which felt lacking and uninformative. They said nothing I had not already discovered myself and seemingly missed many connections. The summaries also made assumptions I thought Functional Medicine avoided. I use AI but I feel like the site isn't doing what it pitched itself as doing, and offering true clinical insights from medical professionals, relying almost entirely on AI, who doesn't have interpretational nuance. My summaries also had errors. I did discuss with the site AI my history and concerns that it was not properly considered when evaluating my results. I appreciate the ability to cross refrence and track results. I also appreciate it now being considerably less than the $499 I paid twice, it makes it more affordable to do add ons.

Function Health delivered comprehensive and detailed information about my health, and aspects of it I had not considered before. The in-depth medical history I provided was clearly taken into account in their analysis and recommendations. The insights they offered helped me chart a useful path to move forward and improve my health in ways I hadn't considered before.
