I have always really liked my function and it helps knowing my lab results. However, this time around has had so many errors and the labs were incomplete. I am missing labs that I paid for. I reached out 3 times and no one obviously looked at my labs to see that stuff was not ordered and I was told to look at the more tab, which still does not contain results I paid for. Such a disappoint this time around and no one has been able to help.
