Awesome experience!!! It gave me great insights into my overall health status. I can now adjust some things to optimize my numbers. My doctor wouldn't approve any of these tests and now I can't wait to show him how valuable they are. I prefer to be in control of my own health rather than delegating it out to the sick care industrial complex.

I think the service is good for low cost labs. But beyond that, there's little advantage. The reports are very generic and hardly follow functional medicine principles likely because of liability. There was no discussion of positive or negative trends in my report. There needs to be much more history gathering. Especially, recent changes that could have affected the lab values. As an example, if I'm on TRT then labs need to be examined in that context. As far as recommendations, it seems to be pill for condition supplements which does not follow functional medicine. This is also obvious in the reports as each system is evaluated without the big picture. So, I will continue the service because I do my own evaluation. But there's so much to improve.

Function allowed me to confirm that what I’d been doing to stay healthy was the correct path. It also gave me insight about inflammation that I wasn’t aware of and autoimmune issues that needed addressing. I was surprised with my metabolic age showing my body age is 13 years younger than my birth certificate!!

I love the quick responses when I have questions (via the app). I love how easy the appt is to navigate. My favorite part about the website/app is that when you click on the foods and supplements, it actually informs you what it helps improve!
