I love Function Health. This is my second year with them. I have some autoimmune issues, and have not been able to get answers from mainstream Healthcare. These labs are very in-depth and specialized. The review and feedback from Function's team has given me great insight on were I need to focus and how to improve. I'm so grateful for this wonderful option in my health journey.

I love the up-to-date scientific research perspective and approach Function is taking with concern to my health. They have been very helpful when I have had questions or needed to change appointment locations. The only reason I gave them four stars is because I would love it if Function had a referral system for Providers near me who practice in line with their approach. Most Providers practice sick care, not healthcare, so I am left with great insight into my current health status, but no one to guide me consistently based on that insight.

The report after labs is lacking. It almmost repeats what I already know from the test. I have also had issue with renewing membership

Function Health is very easy to navigate. The 100 lab tests are explained in full days prior to your lab appointment. You'll get clear explanations as to the importance of each test along with easy to understand results and recommendations. Function Health provides a thorough report that is printer friendly, for your reference, as well as your PCP. With 160 lab tests I can't imagine what the total costs would be if not for Function Health. My insurance would never cover that many tests. My lab results gave me peace of mind and indicated areas I need to focus on with lifestyle recommendations noted in my Function Healh report.

Quest location near us closed and closest is over an hour away. Havent gotten my second labs done because of how far it is. They have been in contact and are trying to assist with anything they can. Great customer service overall.

The site was easy to navigate. The team was responsive. The in-depth dive into my health was invauluable!
