I have enjoyed the idea that I can get tests done quickly and grapple with the choices I need to make personally for my health. This is a great tool.

It's very detailed, I don't have to worry about what the doctors could have missed, helps me keep track of results over time, everything is so transparent, I can study and keep my records and I totally am Mark Humans biggest fan.

The app is really great. Customer services responses were really great. Communication was great. I was very satisfied with my experience. Got my results and clinician notes and was able to start supplementing for a few things that needed immediate attention that I would have never known about.

I thought Quest did a great job with the blood draw, and I really like the app and how the quick results were posted. I was very disappointed with the clinician's notes. It wasn't any different from what was already posted in the app on each of the results explanations. It truly felt like AI wrote the report. It didn't give any additional insight into my current health situation. All the suggestions seemed exactly the same: eat better foods, sleep more, exercise more, and reduce stress. Those are very generic suggestions that I knew before I purchased Function. Also the number and kinds of suggested supplements felt overwhelming.

Just getting all the metrics in one place was a great thing I understand most of them, but I think the explanations as how each metric relates to one another needs more refinement.I just had hoped they would make more “ suggestions,” of what a person could do without seeing an allopathic physician.

Making the appointment was easy but l really Thought the amount of blood drawn was sufficient that is why l haven't been back. I struggled to understand the biomarkers but I am working on improving my health .

The biomarkers that are tested give me so much information about the state of my Health. Customer Service is fantastic, and getting the bloodwork done is simple!

The testing choices, clinical commentary, and peace of mind provided by this service are worth far beyond the cost. The chances are good that you will learn some things you need to improve and how to go about it. Although I didn't have anything scary come up, it would certainly be a useful thing if something scary were caught before it got too far along. There are more tests available than those that are bundled, and after your first testing it might seem worthwhile to pursue some of those in the next testing. I have a favorable feeling for this experience and its cost. I wasn't sure how it would turn out, but I think most people will find it an economical way to get more data/information out of the health system than the usual path through conventional medicine/insurance gates will allow. If you can think of tests you wish you could have and will never get from a PCP, this could be a good avenue.
