The platform is coming along well. I am an early adopter and can attest to the progress the software developers are making. The many tests and information are very helpful. I’m still exploring all of the features of the App and learning about the physiology of the testing methods.

I have stellar PPO insurance yet my doctors cannot order many of the tests included in Function because insurance won’t cover select tests. Function allows me to control my health vs hoping my doctors will. Now I can come armed with data when I meet with my doctors. Plus, I can take supplements to help improve some results (my doctors typically do not recommend supplements) which allows me further control of my health. I love how Function puts me in control of my health journey.

The large amount of testing data was very useful and the cost was reasonable.

I think that the scheduling was tricky for females. Targeting the right cycle day in a lab that is very busy was really hard to do. Function health was very responsive and supportive throughout that process though. Quest did an excellent job with the blood draw. Truly a painless experience. The results came in a timely fashion, but I don’t really know what to do with the results. I wish it was more informative in terms of lifestyle changes that would impact my results.

Function Health is a comprehensive group of tests that provide a deep dive into your health. The detailed test results are interpreted by a physician and appropriate recommendations are made for supplementation as well as specific foods to avoid and foods to include in your diet based on your specific results. Additional tests are available for an additional fee. This program is fantastic.

Great company. Very responsive when you have a question. I needed help with the scheduler and reached out. They were so quick and helpful. They did it for me. The message capability is very efficient.

Love the process of the labs; super easy and simple to do. Tons of information even before speaking to the physician about your lab results. A breakdown of each marker and what it’s important for right in the app. I have tests done that I had to fight tooth & nail for and was still unsuccessful in getting ordered from my regular doctor and/or specialist! Covered by my flexible spending account but worth it even if I had to pay out of pocket. 5 Stars! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to take control of their health!

What I learned from the blood tests my own doctor never told me, so I was extremely surprised and very glad I did it because it probably saved my life or at least will make it longer. I have changed the way I eat 100% and I feel great. After the first set of blood tests I joined Zoe and learned a lot from them about food. Function does give a list of foods and supplements that are helpful, but if it got too much more specific to the individual then it might become more unaffordable for many. Overall I am very grateful, thank you.
